Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a filter case from being received in a dust collecting case while a dust collecting bag is not attached. CONSTITUTION:A filter case 5 is received in a dust collecting case 4 to be removably attached to the inside thereof and provided with a frame body removably attached to the case 5. A dust collecting bag 12 is attached to the frame body by a support plate 12a mounted to an inlet part. The frame body is located in a regular position within the case 5 while the support plate 12a is attached. A leg part of the frame body makes contact with the dust collecting case 4 while the support plate 12a is not attached so as to inform a user of the support plate 12a being not attached.
