FUTON MATTRESS

PURPOSE:To improve the temperature keeping performance and prevent the adhesion of dust, by enclosing the futon (Japanese quilt and mattress) consisting of the polymeric fibers which contain copper ions and improve the electric conduction efficiency and radiate the electromagnetic waves in the infrared ray region, with a side cloth. CONSTITUTION:A futon is formed by enclosing the first futon mattress 1 consisting of the polymeric fibers containing copper ions which radiate the electromagnetic waves in the infrared ray region, at the temperature nearly equal to the body temperature with a side cloth 3. Between the first upper and lower futon mattress 1, a futon mattress 2 made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber is laminated. The first futon mattress 1 is allowed to make contact with one place at the center part of the futon mattress 2, so that the first upper 1 and lower futon mattress 2 conduct. In other case, the first upper and lower futon mattress are kilting-worked by the kilting threads which are electric- conductive. Accordingly, the temperature keeping performance is improved, and the adhesion of dust due to static electricity can be prevented.
