PORTABLE FACSIMILE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To lengthen the charging period of a battery and to improve the use efficiency of an equipment by printing transmitted and received data stored in a memory by transmitting data to a preliminarily determined facsimile equipment and reducing printing consuming most battery power in the equipment. CONSTITUTION:The control part 1 of a portable facsimile equipment (FAX) controls the whole of the equipment in accordance with the storage program of a program ROM 7 and connects a public line and a telephone set under the control of a network controller 10. A work RAM 8 stores transmitted and received data in a memory control table, and a portable FAX originates a call to preliminarily determined and installed FAX and connects the line. Next, the portable FAX receives a PB signal, investigates the image information classification of a memory control table, transmitted and received data and various kinds of information, reads the information and transmits the information to the installed FAX. Thus, the portable FAX reduces printing that most consumes battery power, and lengthen the charging period of a battery. As a result, the use efficiency of the equipment is improved.
