PURPOSE:To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent durability, storage stability, cleaning characteristics and anti-solvent cracking property. CONSTITUTION:This electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a conductive supporting body. The surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a copolymer having structural units expressed by formula I and formula II. In the formula, R1-R8 are hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, or alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon number respectively, A and B are alkyl groups which may have substituents respectively, or A and B are condensed to form a cyclic alkyl group. R9-R24 are hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms or alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon number respectively.
