SOUND ABSORPTION PANEL USING GRAIN-SHAPED SUBSTANCE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance physical strength or weather resistance, and what is more, to secure the effect of sound absorption by filling up fine aggregates, such as specified grain sized-sand or crashed stones in a mesh-like vessel so as to produce panels and spreading fixedly the panels over a soundproofing wall or the surface of a track. CONSTITUTION:For example, fine aggregates 7 are spread over the surface of a track where some percent of binders are mixed and solidified and ceramic- made durable coating waterproofing agent is sprayed over, thereby executing the work. Sound absorption panels to be spread over the surface of the track are mutually tied up so that they may be fixed with each other. In this case, sand whose grain size is 5mm and below and crashed stones are united and filled up in a box 6 which is excellent in weather resistance as a panel and covered with a mesh-like board 8 smaller than the grain size of the aggregates 7. Or fine aggregates 7 are directly filled in a cylinder-shaped envelop whose mesh is smaller than the aggregates 7, thereby closing the opening.
