Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a plastisol composition which is used for wall materials and floorings because of its high compatibility, low initial viscosity and high viscosity stability by adding a phthalic ester and a phosphoric ester to a methyl (meth)-acrylate (co)polymer. CONSTITUTION:Homopolymer or copolymer of methyl (meth)acrylate is combined with a phthallc ester of formula I (R is a 1 to 15C alkyl; R is a cycloalkyl, an alkyl-substituted cyclohexyl, benzyl, an alkyl-substituted benzyl) such as isononyl benzyl phthalate and a phosphoric ester of formula II (R is a 4 to 13-C alkyl; R , R are each phenyl, a 1 to 3C alkyl-substituted phenyl) such as monodecyl diphenyl phosphate at a weight ratio of 30/70 to 70/30 the phthalic ester/the phosphoric ester to give the plastisol composition of high compatibility of the plasticizer with the acrylic resin, high in viscosity stability, good in moldability and processability.
