Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a composition which can prevent blocking when formed into a rolled material even without an interleaving paper for preventing close adhesion, has low modulus of elasticity, can be cold stretched and is improved in elongation by mixing a specified ethylene copolymer, polyisobutylene and paraffin wax. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene is subjected to radical polymerization with 0.1-5wt.% radical-polymerizable acid anhydride and 3-50wt.% radical-polymerizable other comonomer under a pressure of 700-3,000atm at 100-300 deg.C to give an ethylene copolymer. 20-60wt.% of this copolymer is mixed with 30-60wt.% polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 150,000 and 10-50wt.% paraffin wax having a distribution of the number of carbon atoms of 20 to 40, a molecular weight of 300 to 600 and a melting point of 50-70 deg.C.
