WELDER

PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a weld zone by turning a second turning member provided with a weld torch around a horizontal axis on a first turning member by driving a second turning device. CONSTITUTION:A traveling table 5 is moved on the rail 3 of a frame 2 provided along the side plane of a material 1 to be welded via a traveling device 4. A horizontally movable table 8 is mounted on the traveling table 5 in such a way that it can be freely approachable with the side plane of the material to be welded in a horizontal direction. The horizontal movable table 8 is driven by a horizontal driving device 7. An elevation table 30 is provided along the height direction of the material 1 to be welded via an elevator 29 in such a way that it can be elevated freely. The first turning member 33 is mounted on the elevation table 30 via the first turning device 31 around a vertical axis in such a way that it can be turned freely. The second turning member 37 provided with the welding torch 36 is mounted on the first turning member 33 via the second turning device 34 around the horizontal axis 35 in such a way the it can be turned freely. In this way, it is possible to reduce burden on a worker and to facilitate welding work.
