PUSHER DEVICE OF TRANSFER PRESS

PURPOSE:To prevent a work from interfering with a finger of a pusher by linking the pusher with the feed action of a transfer bar installed inside a press main body and installing a pusher driving cylinder to transfer the work subjected to blanking with the pusher 10. CONSTITUTION:When a transfer bar 2 clamps a work subjected to blanking and advances, a pusher carrier 10c advances together with advancing of the transfer bar 2, a finger 13 presses the work on a blanking station, and conveys it to an idle station. After that, the transfer bar 2 un-clamps the work with its advancing end, at the same time, a pusher cylinder 12 is contracted. Then, following to returning of the transfer bar 2, the pusher carrier 10c returns to an original position. In repeating such actions, conveying in the blanking station, the idle station, transferring to each station and pressing are executed.
