GAS INSULATED SWITCHGEAR

PURPOSE:To provide a gas insulated switchgear for transmission of UHV system which can be constructed economically in short schedule by ensuring the entering passage of working truck requiring no open channel. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of transmission lines A, B are connected with a main bus 25. Each transmission line comprises buses 20A, 20B for transmission line connected with the main bus 25 through a circuit breaker 10 for transmission line, an arrester 12, and air bushings 14A, 14B. The buses 20A, 20B intersect each other and there is a site surrounded by the main bus 25 and the buses for transmission line. The bus for transmission line is provided with a gate section where a pair of vertical buses 27, 29 arranged closely to a disconnector for transmission line at a constant interval are combined with a horizontal bus 28 connected the upper parts of the pair of vertical buses into a gate, and a passage is provided below the gate section.
