USER INQUIRY SYSTEM OF SPEECH INFORMATION GUIDANCE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable a user to make an inquiry at all times by transferring a call when an inquiry answerer can cope with the inquiry from the user and recording the inquiry when not. CONSTITUTION:When the user 24 makes an inquiry request with a PB tone through a PBX 22 while monitoring the speech information guidance device 10, the device 10 transfers the call through a computer which interfaces with the PBX 22 on condition that there is a free line for the inquiry answerer 21. If there is no free line and an answer can not be made, on the other hand, the inquiry is recorded in the speech storage part of the device 10. A similar processing is performed even unless the PBX 22 interfaces with the computer, and the user can inquire of the speech guidance device at any time.
