ELECTRONIC CASH REGISTER

PURPOSE:To provide an electronic cash register capable of easily performing a correction operation after an erroneous operation in a short time. CONSTITUTION:This register is provided with a registration history data buffer 16a for storing plural data such as the item name and price, etc., of merchandise registered by a customer under a registration processing, a clerk side display part 10 where at least the item name among plural merchandise data stored in the registration history data buffer 16a is displayed for each merchandise, a touch panel 12 disposed on the clerk side display part 10 and a CPU 14 for correcting the merchandise data stored in the registration history data buffer 16a of the pertinent merchandise when the numeral touch key of the touch panel 12 on the display of the item name or the like of the merchandise displayed on the clerk side display part 10 is pressed.
