The use of the lengthwise threads made of the plural-layer drawn tape yarn makes it possible to increase the number of weaving threads in the lengthwise band-like area where the hanging means is sewn, thereby reinforcing the area. Each base part of the hanging means 14 is sewn onto the upper part of the band-like reinforcement part 5 by the use of sewing-machine threads 15.
