FLEXIBLE CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To provide a flexible container in which the strength of a hanging- means attaching part is improved, the flexibility of a cylindrical part is maintained and undulation is prevented. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical part 2 of a container body 1 is woven with lengthwise threads and sidewise threads. As the lengthwise threads in a lengthwise band-like area where a hanging means is sewn, plural-layer drawn tape yarn in which drawn tape yarn made of first synthetic resin is coated with drawn tape yarn made of second synthetic resin is used. As the lengthwise threads except in the band-like reinforcement part 5 and as the sidewise threads, drawn tape yarn made of conventional synthetic resin is used. The use of the lengthwise threads made of the plural-layer drawn tape yarn makes it possible to increase the number of weaving threads in the lengthwise band-like area where the hanging means is sewn, thereby reinforcing the area. Each base part of the hanging means 14 is sewn onto the upper part of the band-like reinforcement part 5 by the use of sewing-machine threads 15.
