Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To indicate a drilling position on an entire working face without any need of undertaking a marking work for the face. CONSTITUTION:The three-dimensional position coordinates of an irradiation device 4 relative to a working face K are measured with the first laser transmitter 11 and the light wave range finder 12 of a total station 2 laid behind a tunnel T along a drilling direction, and the arrangement pattern data of each blasting hole H preliminarily stored in a personal computer 24 is corrected to generate correction pattern data with an irradiation control device 25 on the basis of the three-dimensional position coordinates of the device. Then, a laser beam is irradiated to the working face K from the device 4 on the basis of the data so corrected, thereby indicating the position of the blasting hole H to be drilled.
