CONSTITUTION:A vegetation mat 2 which comprises connected bag-shaped mats 1 are filled up with a vegetation material 4 from an opening 3 for vegetation material injection formed for each bag-shaped mat 1 and installed to a side slope 5. Before green-protecting the side slope, a vegetation mat 2 is preliminarily prepared, into which the vegetation material 4 is injected which comprises light weight base material 6 and seeds which do not use water on a level ground. Then, the vegetation mat is installed to the side slope 5 with a suspender 7.
