Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a matte thermoplastic resin composition having well balanced impact resistance, matte property and flowability and useful for automobile parts, office appliance parts, etc., by compounding a rubber-reinforced styrene resin containing a specific monomer with a specific organic carboxylic acid compound. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced styrene resin containing 0.05-5wt.% of a monomer of formula (R1 is H or CH3; R2 is a 1-4C hydroxyalkyl) with (B) 0.02-5 pts.wt. of a 4-40C organic carboxylic acid compound such as caproic acid and maleic acid (anhydride).
