Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject agent constituted so as to be able to uniformly dissolve a metal salt of an antifouling active ingredient by blending a dialkyldithio-carbamic acid metal salt with a higher aliphatic amine compound, and further, tetraethylthiuram disulfide at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:Tetraethylthiuram disulfide of formula IV is added to a system consisting of a dialkyldithiocarbamic acid metal salt of formula I [R is methyl or ethyl; (n) is 2 or 3; when (n) is 2, X is Zn or Cu and when (n) is 3, X is Fe] and a higher aliphatic amine compound of formula II {R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon residue or an alkoxyalkyl; R is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon residue; R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon residue or a group of formula III [(n) is 1-6; (m) is 1-3]}, and these components are blended so that a molar ratio of the compound of formula I to the compound of formula II is 1:(0.5-3.0) and a molar ratio of the compound of formula I to the compound IV of formula I is 1:(0.05-10.0), and the blend is dissolved in an organic solvent to provide the objective solution-like stable underwater antifouling agent. This underwater antifouling agent prevents fishing net, ship bottom and sea water inlet channel, etc., from being attached with marine organisms over a long period.
