BALL RECEIVING PORT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make a safe ball receiving device perform different motions without changing the structure by a method wherein when a ball enters between standing movable wing pieces, the ball is let to go through to the rear side of a box frame without tilting the movable wing pieces, and at the same time, the standing movable wing pieces are tilted only by the rocking of a lever piece which is located inside of the box frame. CONSTITUTION:When movable wing pieces 3 are standing, if a ball enters between the movable wing pieces 3, the ball is received by an inducing bottom piece 7 of a chucker 6, and flows to the rear side of a box frame 8 by passing through a ball passage 10 from a ball entrance 2 without coming into contact with either one of ball contact pieces 14a, 14b of a rotor 11. For this reason, the movable wing pieces 3 keep the standing condition. In the meantime, when a ball which enters from a ball introducing entrance 9 of the box frame 8 is received by a ball receiving surface 19 of a lever piece 17, the lever piece 17 turns upward by the weight of the ball, and a feeding claw 21 comes into contact with an engaging part 16a of the rotor 11, and the rotor 11 is turned at 90 deg.. By this motion, an engaging piece 15 moves. and an engagement with a protuberance 5 of the movable wing pieces 3 is released, and the movable wing pieces 3 tilt outward by their own weight and open.
