Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide an extrusion molding device for an insulator by which inert gas at injection finish time can be speedily cut off by extruding and injecting resin while efficiently blowing away the inert gas into a metal mold in a connecting part of a CV cable or the like. CONSTITUTION:A metal mold 12 is fitted outside of a cable conductor connecting part 14, and a narrow groove 16 to flow out only gas is arranged between packing 15 in the end part and a cable 13. An injection port 19 of a resin composition 18 extruded from an extruder 17 is arranged in a lower part of the metal mold 12, and an injecting three-way valve 20 is arranged. An inflow port 23 of inert gas 22 is arranged in the upper center of the metal mold 12, and a flow three-way valve 24 is arranged. That is, this three-way valve 24 has three fluid outlet-inlet ports, and properly opens or blocks up the outlet-inlet ports by rotating a movable valve body, and switches inflow and cutoff of the inert gas 22 to the metal mold 12, and at the same time, it delivers the melted resin composition 18 filled in the metal mold 12.
