Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a travel agency to easily check the hotel charges remitted by the lodging organs such as hotels. CONSTITUTION:A room allocation data base 2 is prepared for deciding the number of reserved rooms for each lodging charge class which is patterned by the number of children and the number of reserved rooms, together with a charge data base 3 which decides the lodging charge classes for each lodging organ and in response to the reserved dates. Then the number of children, the number of total persons, the number of reserved rooms, the name of the lodging organ and the date are inputted through a terminal 4. A computer a extracts the number of persons for each lodging charge class out of the base 2 based on the number of children, the number of total persons and the number of reserved rooms. Then the computer a extracts the charge of each class out of the base 3 in accordance with the lodging organ name and the date. Thus the computer a calculates the total charge and displays it on the terminal 4.
