Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin sheet capable of being easily cut or formed by forming a layer consisting of a photosensitive resin on at least one supporting film in a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:A layer 3 consisting of a photosensitive resin is formed on a supporting film 2 to constitute a forming photosensitive resin sheet 1. The film 2 and the layer 3 form a laminate. A photosensitive resin consisting of a cross-linkable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator, a thermoplastic polymer, a cross-linkable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator or a photo-cross-linkable polymer and a sensitizer is used as the photosensitive resin. The thickness of the layer 3 is preferably controlled to 0.5-20mm. Such a sheet 1 is cut to a desired form, shaped into a desired form, then irradiated with an active energy beam and cured to form a plastic formed article.
