Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance degree of freedom for installation of passages and compactly store movable seats in a multipurpose event facility. CONSTITUTION:Movable seats 20 are extended to be arranged in an event opening field F by means of an extending/contracting means 25. In order to store the movable seats 20, the seats 20 are contracted by means of the extending/contracting device 25, and then an elevating means 30 is operated to lower the contracted seats 20 on an elevator base 37 into an underground storage put 10 for storing. After the storing, the pit 10 is blocked by a tightly closing lid 21a of a frame 21. The pit 10 is formed in the vicinity of an event arranging passage 6.
