Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To effectively prevent lap marks from being generated by nipping a top end part of a steel sheet between thermosetting resin sheets just before coiling the steel sheet from a rolling line, pushing heated dies on the steel sheet and press forming the resin sheet into a tapered shape on the top end part of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:Pressing surfaces of dies 23 (surfaces facing to a steel sheet) are made into tapered surfaces with their interval gradually narrowed downstream. Since resin sheets 28 arranged on the front surface and rear of the coil tip part of each die 23 are pressed by heated tapered dies 23 from upper and lower directions and press-formed into a tapered shape so that a coil end is smoothly formed without steps, and an adhesive strength enough to prevent stripping can be obtained. In this case, since the resin sheets 28 at the tip part of the steel sheet have elasticity and steps are absorbed by the sheets 28 a lap mark is not generated on the steel sheet of a second and succeeding turns. Therefore, the lap mark is practically eliminated at the time of winding the steel sheet by treating the tip part in this process before coiling. |
