Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a composition improved in impact resistance, flatting and flow by mixing a rubber-reinforced styrene resin with a specified graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:10-94wt.% mixture comprising 1-50wt.% hydroxyalkyl monomer of the formula (wherein R1 is H or CH3; and R2 is 1-4C hydroxyalkyl), 50-90wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 50-10wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and/or unsaturated carboxylate monomer and 0-40wt.% other vinyl monomers copolymerizable therewith is polymerized in the presence of 5-80wt.% rubbery polymer of a weight-mean particle diameter of 0.15mum or below to obtain a graft copolymer. 50-99.8 pts.wt. rubber-reinforced styrene resin is mixed 0.2-50 pts.wt. above graft copolymer in such amounts to give to content of the hydroxyalkyl monomer of 0.05-5wt.%.
