CONSTITUTION:Chloroprene preferably in an amount of 100 pts.wt. is copolymerized with an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid preferably in an amount of 0.5-10 pts.wt. in the presence of both a polyvinyl alcohol preferably in an amount of 0.5-10 pts.wt. and a glycol ether preferably in an amount of 0.5-15 pts.wt. As the glycol ether, a glycol monoether or diether is preferably used.
