Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To store plural multi-spindle heads compactly, and index an arbitrary multi-spindle head in a processing position with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This conveyance device is provided with a circular conveyance route 40 for conveying a multi-spindle head 16 in a circulating style along its perpendicular surface, a driving unit 44 which locates and holds the multi-spindle head 16 held against movable rails 42a, 42b and drives the rotation of plural tools 14, a pair of chains 48a, 48b which can circulates along the circular conveyance route 40, and conveyance rollers 52a, 52b which are mounted onto the chains 48a, 48b and is engaged so that it may disengage from the hook members 50a, 50b of the multi-spindle head 16.
