Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a function to grind garbage further finely which is crushed by a rotary blade and a fixed blade. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 17 to receive garbage thrown in the inside of a casing 11 through a throwing inlet 13 formed in the upper side and to rotate by a motor is installed, a rotary blade 18 to crush the garbage is installed in the rotary plate 17, fixed blades 15 are put in the outer circumference of the rotary plate 17, and grinding blades 16 to grind the garbage are installed at the positions where the crushed garbage flows down to a flowing down chamber 22 from the outer circumference of the rotary plate 17.
