Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify resetting work in a fireproof damper or the like using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:A working shaft 7 is supported with an upper lid 2 and a guide bushing 3 respectively provided upper and lower ends of a case 1 free to slide while a bottomed cylindrical slider 10 is provided on the external surface of the guide bushing 3 free to slide. Moreover, an alternating retainer mechanism K is made up of a ball housing hole 13 arranged radially in the guide bushing 3 and a steel ball 14 housed therein, the working shaft 7 and circular grooves 15 and 16 of the slider 10 and the slider 10 is so energized with a shape memory spring 20 and a return spring 18 as to face the guide bushing.
