Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide sufficient heat sealing strength by forming a heat sealing layer out of at least one of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-metacrylate copolymer and low density polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:A heat sealing layer 1 is stacked on a film layer 2 to form a sheet base material A. For the formation of the heat sealing layer 1, ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer containing 10% or more of vinyl acetate, other ethylene- ethyl acrylate copolymer having a low fusion point, ethylene-metacrylate copolymer, and low density or extra-low density polyethylene are selected, and used independently or in the form of a mixture of two or more thereof. The sealing layer 1 is thereby made to have minimum longitudinal and horizontal heat sealing strength equal to or above 50g/25mm width at the temperature of 70 deg.C or higher.
