Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of seasonings, etc., without the coloration and residual smells based on the residual material after cooking and without generating the corrosion of a base material by forming a white coating layer of specific lightness contg. a polyetetrafluoroethylene resin(PTFE) on the inside surface of the ware. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer is provided with the coating layer formed by adding a silicone resin to the PTFE. As a result, microvoids which are the drawback of the PTFE coating layer are eliminated and the coloration and residual smells by the cooked matter and seasonings are prevented. As to the color tones of the coating film, the white coating layer of >=6 lightness from the conventional dark colors, such as black, gray and dark brown, is formed. Consequently, the color of the coating layer is easily identifiable from the colors of the seasonings and the easy adjustment is made possible. A resin for a heat resistant coating material is used as the silicone resin and titanium oxide, etc., are used as the white pigment.
