Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve conductivity of an electrode without spoiling its air transmissivity and reduce any resistance loss so as to improve power generation performance of a cell by mixing platinum of specified mol ratio with lantanum series electrode material so as to sinter it. CONSTITUTION:For example, platinum of 5-50% mol ratio is mixed with an electrode material of LaCoO3, in this case, 20% mol ratio of platinum is mixed, sintered, and pulvelized so as to make an electrode material. Laser beam for melting is radiated on the surface of a solid electrolyte composed of stable cubic crystal, ZrO2 without applying it directly and the above electrode material is made to pass through the laser beam so as to deposit on the surface of the electrode and produce a porous air electrode. The electrode has seven times as high conductivity as the conventional one and shows superior conductive characteristics particularly in a low temperature range. And the porous film superior in gas transmissivity, which greatly affects on power generation efficiency, can be obtained.
