CONSTITUTION:Eggshell powder is mixed with lactic acid and hot water while stirring or the eggshell powder is mixed with lactic acid and water under stirring while heating to give a solution of calcium. The solution is blended with a stock raw material prepared by powdering dried bonito, dried small sardines, tangle, etc., and stirred. Then the stock raw material is taken out from the solution of calcium and dried.
