Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make a gas combustion temperature uniform at a catalyst member and to enable gas catalyst combustion to be carried out with high efficiency by a method wherein a fuel gas injection nozzle is arranged at a proper position. CONSTITUTION:As fuel gas enters a manihold 20 through a feeding pipe 21, the fuel gas is entirely method by a gas supplying flow passage 19 due to the fact that the manihold 20, a gas supplying flow passage 19 and fuel gas injection nozzles (total number) 14 have fuel gas passing sectional areas arranged in this sequence in their sizes, resulting in that the gas is flowed in a substantially similar manner and finally the gas is injected substantially uniform through the nozzles 14. In addition, a gas supplying plate 15 is piled up from its front side on a catalyst 1, a ceramics wool 2' and a net spacer 3' and further piled up at their rear surfaces to hold their edges between the holding frame 13 and a heat-resistant packing 17, resulting in that a surface pressure applied to each of fuel gas injection nozzles 14 of the gas supplying plate 15 and then a uniform injection of the fuel gas is carried out. In addition, a backing plate 18 is arranged at a rear part of the flat gas supplying plate 15 so as to form the gas supplying passage 19 and the manihold 20.
