SPECIAL CONJUGATE FALSE TWISTER AND PRODUCTION OF CONJUGATE FALSE TWISTED YARN

PURPOSE:To provide a conjugate false twister capable of optionally enabling a change in the length, size and positions for forming slubs, etc., and obtain conjugate false twisted yarn, produced by the apparatus and having the three- to sevenfold wound slubs. CONSTITUTION:This conjugate false twister is provided by installing a guide position controlling mechanism in which an effective yarn guide 8 is arranged parallel to a core yarn running passage in a core yarn twisting zone so as to enable the reciprocation and the distance and speed of movement of the guide are controlled by a pulse signal, an effective yarn feed controlling mechanism for controlling the amount of the fed effective yarn by an output signal of the guide position and a spindle controlling mechanism for controlling the rotational frequency of a twisting spindle in a conjugate false twister in which the effective yarn 6 fed through the effective yarn guide 8 is pped around core yarn 1 between a core yarn feeder 2 and a heater 3. This conjugate false twisted yarn is obtained by forming a three- to sevenfold winding structure by the apparatus.
