CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. composition comprising 85-98 pts.wt. polyester resin made from an acid component based on terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid and containing 0.01-0.15mol%, based on the acid component, isophthalic acid having a metal sulfonate group and an alcohol component based on an aliphatic diol and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.15-0.40 and a hydroxyl value of 10-70mgKOH/g and 2-15 pts.wt. tetramethoxymethylglycoluril curing agent is mixed with 0.1-5 pts.wt. p-toluidine-2-sulfonic acid.
