CONSTITUTION:This resin composition consists of 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin, 3-30 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyether-urethane resin which contains 5-50mol% polyether glycol component having an ethylene oxide content of at least 30mol%, and 1-20 pts.wt. surfactant.
