SEALING METHOD OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD CASE WITH INNER BAG

PURPOSE:To provide a sealing method by which the sealing work of a case can be automatically and efficiently carried out to make a constant packing form and the upper cover fixed with a tape is prevented from swelling. CONSTITUTION:The opening of an inner bag 5 is folded like a gazette in accordance with bending of the upper cover and then that part 6 is moved to pass through between heaters 12 as shown by the chained line of (A) and a laminate resin is heated and molten. Next, both sides of a corrugated cardboard case 1 are pressed from both sides and dented and 10 that state, the part 6 folded like a gazette is pressed from both sides by rollers 13 as shown in (C) and as the result, the part is welded and closely sealed. After sealing, the pressing force is released from the corrugated cardboard case 1. Subsequently, after one 3a of the upper covers has been pulled up, the sealed part of the inner bag 5 is pushed into the underface thereof. Next, the upper cover 3a is again pushed down to confront with the edge of the corresponding upper cover 3b and finally a tape is applied along the edge thereof.
