INERTIAL MOMENT VARIABLE MOMENTUM WHEEL

PURPOSE:To reduce a change in rotating speed by making an inertial moment value around a rotary shaft variable with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An inertial moment variable momentum wheel has a wheel rotor core 1 installed on a rotor central shaft 4, an inertial moment variable member 2 which is arranged in an outer peripheral part of this wheel rotor core 1 and can move freely in the radial direction of the rotor central shaft 4, slide rings 5 and 5 embedded slidably in the axial direction in an upper part and a lower part of the rotor central shaft 4, a support arm 3 to connect these slide rings 5 and 5 and the inertial moment variable member 2 to each other, springs 6 and dampers 7 arranged between the upper and lower slide rings 5 and 5 and the wheel rotor core 1.
