Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a device, a system and a method for reducing traffic between a central processing unit and a memory and performing efficient use. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting memory 22 for holding a control instruction and the argument of calculation is provided, the selected calculation argument received from the broadcasting memory 22 is added to the selected word of source data received from a data memory 20 and a calculated result is obtained. Also, a control circuit 24 controls the transfer of the selected word of the source data and a result between the data memory 20 and a data path 26, the transfer of the selected calculation argument from the broadcasting memory 22 to the data path 26 and the addition of the selected calculation argument to the selected word of the source data by the control instruction read from the broadcasting memory 22.
