Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode device for resistivity measurement which can measure the resistivity of the outcrop of bedrock, the pit wall of a tunnel or the like simply and precisely, whose operability is excellent and whose structure is easy to handle. CONSTITUTION:In the electrode device for resistivity measurement, four or more plate spring-shaped electrodes 12 are installed so as to protrude on a base member 10 at certain intervals and in a mutually electrically insulated state, through holes 16 are made in the individual electrodes 12, and deformable members such as sponges or the like which can contain water are arranged on the inside face of every electrode 12. Preferably, every electrode 12 is formed as a structure in which a nearly semicircular plate spring is made to swell from one side of the electrically insulating platelike base member 10, and many fine through holes are arranged in a swollen part. A grip part 14 is installed on the opposite face of the base member 10. It is preferable that a combined member whose outer circumferential side is composed of a sponge layer 20 and whose inner side is composed of a nearly semicircular rubber-like substance 28 is arranged in every semicircular region between every electrode 12 and the base member 10.
