Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce a cost and weight of an electromagnetically actuatable valve by forming a through opening as a throttle instead of an expensive throttle body. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetically actuatable valve has followings; a tubular casing sleeve 50, a valve seat body 56 having a circulation hole 64 and a valve seat arranged inside the casing sleeve, a valve closing member 68 movable relatively to the valve seat, which is operated by a movable disc 70 and a magnet coil 76, at least one seal ring 104 surrounding the casing sleeve 50, and a through opening formed on the casing sleeve adjacently to the seal ring. The casing sleeve 50 and the through opening are each formed as a throttle.
