CONSTITUTION:The inflow flow of rainwater after a predetermined time is predicted from a precipitation by means of an inflow flow predicting means 2, and a pump well prediction water level is sought from difference with a real water raising quantity QO by means of a prediction water level operating means 4, and on the other hand, pump combination that realizes water raising most suitable for an inflow flow is selected by means of a pump selecting means 9, and a pump to be started or stopped is decided and controlled by means of a pump controlling means 7 on the basis of the present pump operation information.
