Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having an excellent balance between impact resistance and heat resistance by inhibiting thermal deterioration during production. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin is melt- kneaded in a kneader in the presence of a compound which is gaseous at 1 atm and 40 deg.C, the amount of this compound based on the resin composition being 10vol.% or larger in terms of its amount at 1 atm and 40 deg.C. The compound is then removed.
