PURPOSE:To surely fold off carriers and half-cut pins in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Carriers 3 of a terminal group 2 mounted on a printed board 1 are faced downward and inserted into slits 17 of a partition plate 16, the printed board 1 is mounted on support bars 14 so that carrier notch sections 3a or below are protruded downward from the partition plate 16, and a carrier folding-off mechanism A is reciprocated to fold off the carriers 3 in sequence. The partition plate 16 is lifted, half-cut notch sections 4a or below of a terminal group 2 are protruded downward from the slits 17 of the partition plate 16, a half-cut pin folding-off mechanism B is reciprocated, and half-cut pins 4 are folded off in sequence at the position of the half-cut pin notch sections 4a.
