Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To inspect a mounting state wherein metal fittings for a train aerialline is attached to the train aerialline without manual assistance. CONSTITUTION:Tracking devices 2, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a are provided to track a train aerialline 85 while being in elastic touch with the train aerialline 85. The tracking devices 2-8d are equipped with detecting devices 9a, 9b for detecting metal fittings 80 of the train aerialline and outputting detecting signals, photographing devices 10a, 10b which photograph the metal fittings 80 in response to the detecting signals and output photographing signals, and an image-processing device which detects in response to the detecting signals whether a connecting state between the metal fittings 80 and the train aerialline 85 is good, and outputs a detecting result.
