LIQUID GAS CANISTER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a light and safe liquid gas canister easy to be carried and handled and having excellent airtightness and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A liquid gas canister 1 is composed of a liquid gas canister body 2, a mouth part cover 3 and a bottom part member 4, the liquid gas canister main body 2 includes a mouth part 5 the whole of the body is integrally formed of aluminum alloy, and thus it is extremely light, and in such cases as when it is mannually carried in such areas as in a mountain region or the like, it can be very easily handled. In addition, since it is provided with sufficient strength and airtightness, there is no problem in storage of various types of liquid gases. The bottom plate member 4 is fitted and held inside the liquid gas canister 2 and welded thereon in such a condition that its surface contact part 4b is in surface contact with the inner surface of the liquid gas canister main body 2 and thus, in the liquid gas canister 1 in the present embodiment, airtightness against liquid gas stored inside thereof is completely guranteed and thereby there is no problem in airtightness.
