BRANCH HOSE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prohibit loosening of reinforcement yarn by fixing reinforcement yarn around as through-hole in a main tube, and provide high pressure-proof performance. CONSTITUTION:A wall 2a of a main pipe 1 has a reinforcement layer 9 between an inner surface layer 5 and an outer surface layer 7. An exposed part 17 of the reinforcement layer 9 which is exposed by cutting the through-hole 15 and the outer surface layer 7 is provided in the wall 1a of the main pipe 1. Intersectional parts 13 of reinforcement yarn 11 in the exposed part 17 of the reinforcement layer 9 are jointed to each other along the whole circumference of the through-hole 15. A connection member 21 is provided to cover end parts of the main pipe 1 and branch pipe 3, thereby the main pipe 1 and the branch pipe 3 are connected to each other.
