Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the danger of explosion or a fire in a urethane foaming process and thereby to enable execution of safe production by providing a process of eliminating static electricity of a jig for foaming, an inner jig, a workpiece, etc., before injection of urethane in urethane foaming equipment using hydrocarbon as a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A process of eliminating static electricity is executed by a foaming jig of a heat-insulating box which is formed by a bottom jig 9 a part of which is grounded, by an inner jig 10 being in contact with the bottom jig 9 and by a top jig 11 of synthetic resin and lateral jigs 12 of synthetic resin which surround the inner jig 10. A static electricity eliminator 13 of a voltage impression type generates ions 14 and thereby eliminates electric charges generated in the inner jig 10, the top jig 11 and the lateral jigs 12 made of the synthetic resin and being nonconductors. Even when an explosive substance, hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane, is used as a foaming agent in a posterior process, as the result, the static electricity is hardly generated in the advance of foaming and the danger that the foaming agent explodes in the course of a heat-insulative foaming operation and destructs the surroundings is eliminated.
