Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce safely a product without having a hazard such as an explosion or a fire in a foaming process, by providing a communication port performing vacuum evacuation on a jig. CONSTITUTION:A vent hole 11 comprised of a small hole is formed in the rear of an inner ply 9 also and a communication port 10 and the vent hole 11 become coincident with each other. A foaming heat insulation material 12 is cast between outer ply 8 and inner ply 9, foamed and cured. A nozzle 13 for vacuum drawing is installed on a position coincident with the communication port 10. An evaporated hydrocarbon to be generated in a manufacturing process is vacuum-evacuated from the vent hole 11 by a vacuum drawing nozzle 13. Consequently, even if the foaming heat insulation material 12 for which such a substance that has explosive properties like the hydrocarbon is used by taking as a foaming agent is not foamed, it is eliminated that the evaporated hydrocarbon is dwelt within the heat insulation box body.
